International Exhibition “Touristic Karelia – 2009” is the most important event in the field of tourism business in Republic of Karelia.

The main aims of the exhibition are:

- Launching of tourist product of Karelia on the internal and external markets.

- Strengthening of business contacts in various areas of tourism

• Unification of professional interests of specialists in tourism sphere, insurance and transportation companies, ministries, public organizations in order to solve social-economic problems and to create conditions for recreation activities.

• Travel agencies

• National & regional tourist organizations

• Museums, hotels, sanatoriums and health resorts

• Active tourism, special tours for hunting and fishing
• Transportation services
• Insurance companies
• Investments in tourism
• Sport equipment

For specialists on the exhibition there will be a broad program with business meetings, round table discussions, presentations, seminars on problems in tourism development, workshop.

Conditions of participation:Registration fee – 150Euro – obligatory fee including:

• participation of 2 representatives from the company in the official arrangements of the exhibition

• 2 badges.

Cost of one sq. Meter of equipped area is 100 Euro (minimal area 4 sq. Meters), including:

• renting of exhibition area, stand constructions, their assembling and dissembling

• inscription on the stand (up to 10 symbols)

• general advertising of the exhibition in mass media

• guarding of exhibition, cleaning.

Cost of unequipped area (working place 2 sq. Meters) - 150 Euro including:

• open exhibition area
• guarding of the exhibition, cleaning
• general advertising of the exhibition in mass media

Publication in the exhibition catalogue (500 symbols) – 90 Euro

For the additional fee the following services are provided: hotel booking, transfer, cultural programs.

Application for the services, hotel reservation and information for the exhibition catalog must be sent via fax (814-2) 76-83-00, 76-87-96, 78-30-23 or via e-mail (euroforum@karelia.ru) not later than a month before the exhibition.
